Hyatt House was gearing up for their big grand opening celebration in Irvine, CA where local businesses/organizations, city council members and Hyatt corporate executives would attend and tour the beautiful new hotel. Becreative was tasked to come up with interesting ways to engage guests, so we created an experience that would draw people in and leave them with more than just a good first impression.

Becreative used Engauge to create custom, laser engraved luggage tags with each guests name and contact information on them. Hyatt House opted to ask survey questions through Engauge to get a deeper insight as to who was attending the event and gauge their level of business travel. This data was captured and delivered back to Hyatt for post event follow up.

Becreative also created branded Hyatt House mugs, notebooks and tote bags for guests to collect throughout their hotel tour. The idea was to entice guests to explore more of the hotel by offering these physical products in strategic areas such as the conference room, gym, lobby and various suites showcased in the hotel. To help facilitate the customer journey, Becreative produced directional wall clings that guided guests throughout the hotel with clear and consistent brand messaging.
